INNER CHILD HEALING WORKSHOP AGREEMENT

By enrolling in the Inner Child Healing Workshop (the “Course”) provided by KIYA Wellness (the “Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

Course Overview
The Course is a 6-week online program that includes lessons, journal prompts, guided breathwork and hypnotic suggestion sessions, audio materials, and access to a community portal. To maximize your results, you are encouraged to engage with the program to the best of your ability.

Breathwork Component
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that may involve emotional release. You acknowledge the potential risks associated with breathwork, including physical, mental, or emotional effects. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your experience.

Health Considerations
If you have any concerns or pre-existing health conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before participating. Those with asthma, heart conditions, or who are pregnant must seek medical approval prior to enrollment. If you have asthma, you agree to keep your inhaler nearby during all sessions.

Course Fees
The Course fee is $599 (discounted from $1,599). All payments are non-refundable.

Course Access
Upon purchase, you will receive personal login credentials to access the Course. Access is individual, non-transferable, and intended solely for your personal educational use. Please keep your login information confidential.

Intellectual Property
All Course materials are the intellectual property of KIYA Wellness. Content is provided for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility & Participant Requirements
To enroll, you must:

  • "Be 18 years or older"
  • "Be in stable physical, mental, and emotional health"
  • "Be free of conditions such as heart disease, glaucoma, recent serious injuries, or pregnancy (unless medically cleared)"
  • "Carry an inhaler if you have asthma"

Course Limitations
This Course is for educational and personal development purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for listening to your body and intuition and for discontinuing participation if the content ever feels unsafe.

Hypnosis Disclamer 

Hypnosis used in this Course is for relaxation and subconscious suggestion only. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health conditions, nor should it be considered a replacement for professional care.
Do not listen to hypnosis recordings while driving or operating heavy machinery. Please ensure you are in a safe, quiet space where you can fully relax and remain undisturbed.

Liability Waiver
By enrolling, you release KIYA Wellness and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all claims related to your participation. This includes physical injury, emotional distress, or other adverse effects.

California Civil Code Section 1542

If you are a California resident, you expressly waive the protections of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:
“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

Waiver of Legal Action
By participating in this Course, you agree to waive any and all rights to sue KIYA Wellness, its employees, agents, or affiliates for any reason arising from your participation, including but not limited to claims of physical, emotional, or psychological harm or damages.

Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Course if you disrupt the experience for others or violate the terms outlined in this agreement.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement supersedes any prior understandings or communications. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Company.

By enrolling in the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions.
